Enterprise Networking Solutions, Inc. (ENS-Inc) announced this week the Sacramento-based firm has acquired local technology company The iFish Group.
The iFish Group focuses on systems integration, business process reengineering and data center services, according to the announcement. The company recently launched a service to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery for virtualized data centers.
?The iFish Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery portfolio of capability will be a great enhancement to ENS-Inc?s Virtualization and Cloud Integration Practices,? said ENS-Inc Vice President Chad Hodges.
The iFish Group Founder and President Frank Ono, who specializes in organizational strategy and alignment, will join the ENS-Inc executive management team.
With this acquisition, ENS-Inc says it will broaden its private and public sector customer base and raise its expertise in Cloud Integration and Disaster Recovery, among other things.
